Undergraduate Research Journal
The UCF Undergraduate Research Journal (URJ) is an interdisciplinary in nature and accepts submissions from all undergraduate students engaged in scholarly research. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, and are peer-reviewed by esteemed UCF faculty. The URJ is available nationally through an online library database.

Additional Publication Opportunities
While the UCF Undergraduate Research Journal serves as an exclusive opportunity for our students to publish their research, students also have access to a variety of journals that are both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific. The easiest way to publish in a journal is as a co-author on a mentor’s research. Students also have the opportunity to publish their own work as a main author. In order to locate publications that accept submissions from undergraduates, students should speak with their mentor, review library databases for popular journals in their discipline, or perform an internet search for “undergraduate academic journals.”
